Background story:

​While attending Marymount International School of Rome (located in Rome, Italy), Deluca  competed in Rugby (as part of the school's 2005 team that went undefeated, untied, and unscored upon)and wrestling. He was later trained as a professional by Billy Robinson, debuting in the Backyards in the early 2015, with his first match against a wrestler known as  Dominic Rathbone. He also competed in Rome, Italy promotion. When Rome promotion closed, Deluca Moved and wrestled for several Backyard promotions, mostly in the New York Tri-State area; he often teamed with different wrestlers. In 2018, he became a "serious wrestler” and got the name Knuckles. The nickname came from always feeding his opponents those Knuckle sandwiches.
